The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a series of leadership appointments across its executive team. Bringing together experienced hospitality professionals across hotel operations, culinary, food and beverage, finance, sales and marketing, human resources and engineering, the appointments reinforce the hotel's commitment to delivering thoughtful hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
Working alongside General Manager Neelabh Chugh, the leadership team brings together decades of experience across leading international and Indian hospitality brands. Each leader will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence while delivering the distinctive experiences that define The Aarlis.
With over 16 years of hospitality experience, Varun Goel joins as Director of Sales & Marketing. Having built his career with IHCL, Taj Group of Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and IHG Hotels & Resorts, he has led commercial initiatives across key markets including Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Amritsar, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Dehradun. In his new role, he will focus on establishing the hotel's market presence, driving strategic partnerships and positioning the property as a preferred luxury destination in the region.
Narender Maan brings nearly two decades of luxury hospitality experience and joins the hotel as Director of Food & Beverage. His career spans leading hospitality brands including IHG Hotels & Resorts, The Leela, Hyatt Regency, Kempinski, Radisson Blu MBD and The Grand. At The Aarlis he will lead the development of distinctive dining concepts and elevate the hotel's food and beverage experiences through innovation, quality and personalised service.
Jagdeep Garhwal, Chartered Accountant, joins the hotel as Director of Finance, bringing extensive experience from Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Hyatt Pune and The Lalit Chandigarh. With expertise in hotel pre-openings, financial planning and business support, he will focus on strengthening financial performance, governance and sustainable growth as the hotel establishes its presence in the market.
With over 21 years of hospitality experience across ITC Hotels, Marriott International and Radisson Hotel Group, Ritu Singh joins The Aarlis as Human Resources Manager. Having built expertise across operations, learning and development, quality and human resources, she will focus on nurturing a high-performing team and fostering a culture that reflects the warmth and personalised hospitality synonymous with Vignette Collection.
Bringing over 25 years of culinary expertise in luxury hospitality, Ajit Kumar Tiwari joins as Executive Chef. His career spans leading hospitality brands including The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, DoubleTree by Hilton, Vivanta by Taj, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels and The Orchid Hotel.
With a deep-rooted passion for regional gastronomy, Chef Ajit will bring the authentic flavours and culinary heritage of Haryana to life, offering guests an evocative journey through the state’s rich traditions and timeless recipes.
