IHG Hotels & Resorts signs 156-key Holiday Inn Raipur

Scheduled to open in Q1 2031, Holiday Inn Raipur will offer 156 rooms and suites, including 16 suites, alongside three dining venues.

IHG® Hotels & Resorts signed a management agreement with Entry Point Hotels & Resorts Private Limited to develop Holiday Inn Raipur in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Scheduled to open in Q1 2031, Holiday Inn Raipur will offer 156 rooms and suites, including 16 suites, alongside three dining venues comprising a 117-seat all-day dining restaurant, a 40-seat bar and a 40-seat lobby lounge.

The hotel will also feature approximately 942 sqm of meeting and event space across four venues, including a 715 sqm divisible ballroom, as well as a swimming pool, fitness centre and parking. Facilities are indicative and subject to design development and IHG brand standards.
