Telangana forms committee to develop international medical tourism in govt hospitals

The Telangana government has reportedly constituted a high-level committee to study and make recommendations on the "promotion of international medical tourism" in state-run hospitals.
The office of Telangana Health Minister C Damodar Rajanarasimha, in a post on ‘X’ on Sunday, said, “Telangana is gearing up to become a global destination for quality and affordable healthcare.”
It said the state government has constituted a high-level committee to promote international medical tourism in government hospitals, paving the way for world-class patient services and global outreach. Telangana sets up committee to develop international medical tourism in govt hospitals
