StayVista has announced the addition of former India Test captain Ajinkya Rahane’s RAAYA Estate to its portfolio, with the property set to be available on the platform from September 11, 2026. Nestled amid the rolling hills of Igatpuri, the five-bedroom private retreat joins Vieda, StayVista’s uber-luxury collection featuring some of India’s most distinctive private villas and holiday homes.
RAAYA Estate is a personal property for Rahane, a family sanctuary conceived as a place to retreat, recharge and spend time away from the demands of international cricket. Designed for intimate gatherings of family and friends, the estate can accommodate up to 15 guests and features five king-size bedrooms, an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape, a gazebo, manicured gardens, a dedicated children’s play area and an in-house bar. The property offers tailored activities, all-day dining and personalised butler service, with the property managed end-to-end by StayVista's on-ground team, from booking to stay.
Speaking about the RAAYA Estate, Rahane said, “I built this home as a place for my family and me to slow down, switch off from cricket and spend quality time together. For me, it is about simple things, being with my wife and kids, enjoying the surroundings and creating memories away from the game.
