SOTC Travel launches Professional Conference Organiser & Exhibitions division

The new division will offer a comprehensive suite of services including end-to-end conference management, medical and scientific congress management, association conferences and others. 

SOTC Travel has expanded its business events portfolio with the launch of its dedicated Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) & Exhibitions Division. Building on its established expertise in MICE, the new business vertical is a strategic extension of SOTC's offerings, enabling the company to deliver specialised end-to-end conference, association and exhibition management solutions.

SOTC's dedicated PCO division has been created to address the evolving requirements of the rapidly growing event industry of India through a fully integrated service offering backed by the company's extensive MICE expertise and travel ecosystem.

The new division will offer a comprehensive suite of services including end-to-end conference management, medical and scientific congress management, association conferences, delegate registration and attendee management, speaker and faculty management, abstract and poster management, sponsorship and exhibition management, venue sourcing, travel and accommodation, visa facilitation, event technology solutions, hybrid and virtual event management, and end-to-end on-ground operations. The division will serve as a single-window solution, delivering seamless, technology-driven, and world-class conference experiences for clients and participants alike.

The division will initially focus on key sectors including healthcare and medical sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, BFSI, manufacturing, industry associations, education and research institutions and public-sector organisations. Priority markets include Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata.
