Korea Tourism Organisation names Cho Yoonmi as Director, Delhi Office

The Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) has appointed Cho Yoonmi as the new Director of its New Delhi (India) Office, effective June 30, 2026.
Cho brings over 25 years of experience with the Korea Tourism Organisation, carrying institutional knowledge and an in-depth understanding of Korea as a destination to her new role in India. In her new role, Cho will lead KTO India's efforts to deepen Korea's presence in the Indian travel market.
Sharing about the new journey, Cho stated, "With 25 years at KTO, I've seen India become one of the most important and fastest-growing markets for Korea tourism. The bond between India and Korea has only grown stronger over the years, and I'll be working closely with industry partners to take Korea closer to becoming the ultimate destination for Indian travellers."
Under Cho's leadership, KTO India is expected to expand its efforts across key Indian cities, deepen existing partnerships, and roll out initiatives that go beyond conventional tourism promotion, tapping into the growing appetite among Indians for immersive, experience-led travel to Korea.
