Onora Hospitality announced the signing of a 50-key conversion property at Kachi Ghati in Shimla under its ‘jüSTa Hotels & Resorts’ brand. This marks another step in the brand’s expansion across key leisure destinations in North India. The property is expected to be launched in February 2027 and it will be the sixth jüSTa property in Himachal Pradesh.

The property will feature a swimming pool, spa, dedicated children’s play area, recreational spaces, a restaurant and a café. A key highlight will be its banquet hall and adjoining lawn, with a combined capacity of approximately 400 guests.
The new signing aims to support jüSTa Hotels & Resorts’ focus on expanding its presence across high-potential leisure markets through carefully selected properties that complement the brand’s portfolio and long-term growth strategy.
