Enterprising Travel Agents Association (ETAA) recently organised a knowledge session at Mumbai’s The Ambassador Hotel. The event was attended by 60 plus ETAA members and industry stakeholders.
Among the attendees were Carl Dantas, Founder & Chairman Emeritus, ETAA as well key ETAA officials that included National Board Members & Directors, Jagat Mehta, Abhijit Khadilkar, Dipti Pradhan Thakoor and Dharmesh Advani, among others.
The workshop was hosted by Sublimis Technologies, an ERP Business Automation Platform. Karthik Venkatraman, CEO & Co-founder and his partners and team conducted a session with a live demo of the ERP platform.
ETAA members in the audience, while lauding the product offerings, also shared some value adding feedback and suggestions to the product designed by Sublimis for the travel trade.
The event was also attended the VFS team lead by Vishal Jairath, Head—South Asia, Visa Operations, giving the first time ETAA members opportunity to interact and meet one-on-one with the VFS team. The event also saw Jairath taking questions from ETAA members.
