Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Cozzet by Cygnett property in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand. The upcoming hotel will feature cottages with 51 rooms. Nature-inspired design elements aim to create a relaxed, contemporary sanctuary that complements the wilderness experience of Jim Corbett.
An addition to this, a 3000 sq. ft. banquet venue for social celebrations, intimate gatherings, and occasions. The versatile space also aims to make this property an ideal setting for off-site corporate events, conferences, meetings, and team engagements, offering a refined ambience with seamless hospitality.

The brand currently has a development pipeline of approximately 600 keys, with hotels under development and in pre-opening stages across Noida, Ayodhya, Amritsar, Jaipur and Arunachal Pradesh, among other markets. The second Jim Corbett signing further aims to strengthen Cozzet’s presence across India’s growing leisure and regional travel markets. The company is targeting a portfolio of more than 100 hotels and 10,000 keys by 2030 as it continues its expansion across India and South Asia.
