Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Cozzet VICASA Gopalpur, a 50-room brownfield hotel located approximately 800 metres from Gopalpur Sea Beach and scheduled to open in March 2027.
The signing said to align with Cygnett’s strategy of expanding through brownfield conversions and asset-light management opportunities across high-potential Tier II, Tier III, and emerging micro-markets, supported by rising domestic travel and demand for professionally branded accommodation.

The upcoming Cozzet VICASA Gopalpur will feature 50 guest rooms, including sea-view rooms, approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of banquet and event space accommodating around 180–200 guests, and a rooftop restaurant offering regional delicacies and global cuisine in a relaxed coastal setting.
Cozzet by Cygnett currently has a development pipeline exceeding 600 keys, with hotels at various stages of development and pre-opening across destinations including Noida, Ayodhya, Amritsar, Jaipur and Arunachal Pradesh.
