The hotel, slated to open in Q3, 2030, will combine luxury accommodation, dining and extensive facilities for weddings, celebrations and other events.

Aurette Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. has signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a planned 304-room luxury resort in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, which will operate as Aurette Hotels & Resorts Nathdwara, a Registry Collection Hotel. Spanning 17.5 acres, the property will combine luxury accommodation, dining and extensive facilities for weddings, celebrations and other events. The property is expected to open in Q3, 2030.

The resort will offer a varied accommodation mix comprising premium rooms, villas, as well as one, two and three-bedroom units. Planned facilities include banquet venues, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and bar, in addition to expansive outdoor spaces. The offering is designed to cater to leisure travellers, families and extended stays, alongside demand for weddings, social celebrations and corporate events.

The project is promoted by Rakesh Yadav and Veena Yadav, representing Aurette Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. Based in Jaipur, the promoters have business interests in real estate and healthcare, alongside experience in land development and project execution. The development marks the company’s expansion into hospitality.

Rakesh Yadav and Veena Yadav, Promoters, Aurette Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., said, “Our experience in real estate, land development and project execution has shaped our ambition to create a hospitality destination with long-term value. Nathdwara offers a distinctive combination of spiritual significance, regional tourism appeal and proximity to nearby Udaipur. We see an opportunity to develop a resort that serves both leisure travellers and the growing demand for weddings and celebrations, supported by a broad accommodation offering, dining experiences and dedicated event facilities. Our vision is to create a distinctive address for the region while contributing to Nathdwara’s evolving hospitality landscape.”

“Nathdwara’s spiritual appeal, proximity to Udaipur and potential for leisure travel and events make it a compelling fit for this development. Through Registry Collection Hotels, Aurette Hotels & Resorts Nathdwara can retain its individual character while benefiting from Wyndham’s global distribution, marketing capabilities and Wyndham Rewards programme, with approximately 129 million enrolled members worldwide. This agreement reflects our focus on purposeful growth in India, matching the right brand to the right destination while supporting our owners’ long-term ambitions,” added Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
