Visafir launches AI + human-enabled visa facilitation platform

The platform combines AI-assisted form filling, document validation, destination-specific documentation checklists, appointment scheduling, pre-submission reviews, and end-to-end application management with a human review layer to ensure every application undergoes comprehensive verification before submission.

Visafir, a technology-led visa facilitation company, announced the launch of its AI-enabled visa assistance platform, designed to simplify international travel documentation for Indian travellers, professionals, and businesses. By combining artificial intelligence with expert human verification, the company is reimagining how travellers prepare their visa applications, making the process more structured, transparent, and efficient from start to finish.

The platform combines AI-assisted form filling, intelligent document validation, destination-specific documentation checklists, appointment scheduling, pre-submission reviews, and end-to-end application management with a dedicated human review layer to ensure every application undergoes comprehensive verification before submission.

The platform replaces lengthy paperwork and multiple office visits with an application that takes around five minutes to complete for onboarding. The platform also identifies missing or incomplete documentation before applications are submitted and provides transparent pricing and real-time status updates via phone, email, and WhatsApp. According to the company, Visafir keeps a human expert on every file rather than relying on automation alone. Its trained specialists act as an anchor between the traveller and evolving consular requirements - a safeguard that pure-automation tools cannot replicate.

Speaking on the launch, Parvesh Dhull, Founder & Director, Visafir, said, “International travel should be exciting, not stressful. Over the years, I have seen countless travellers struggle with confusing documentation requirements, incomplete paperwork, and avoidable delays despite having genuine travel plans. We founded Visafir with a simple vision: to combine the speed and intelligence of AI with the assurance of expert human guidance, making visa preparation simpler, faster, and more transparent. Our goal is to remove the complexity from documentation so travellers can focus on planning their journey with confidence.”

Founded in 2025, Visafir supports visa applications across more than 120+ destinations through its AI + Human “Double-Lock” verification model. The platform serves individual travellers, families, and corporate clients across India for destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Schengen region, the UAE, Japan, China, Indonesia, and several other international markets.

Looking ahead, the platform plans to further strengthen its AI capabilities, introduce enhanced self-service tracking tools, and continue investing in technology that simplifies global visa facilitation without compromising on personalised human support.
