Thomas Cook India launches its new outlet in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru

With the new outlet the company expands network to 13 locations in Bengaluru and 18 across Karnataka.

Thomas Cook (India) Limited has further strengthened its retail presence in Bengaluru with the launch of a new outlet in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar (RR Nagar). With this addition, the company now has 13 outlets across Bengaluru and 18 across Karnataka, strengthening its retail reach.

Located in South-West Bengaluru, the new outlet will serve customers from neighbourhoods including Ideal Homes Township, BEML Layout, BHEL Layout, Remco Layout, Gnanabharathi and Kengeri Satellite Town, with its catchment extending further into Uttarahalli, Hosakerehalli, Nayandahalli, the Mysore Road corridor, Chandra Layout and southern parts of Vijayanagar. 

The outlet will cater particularly to families and technology professionals, offering a comprehensive portfolio spanning International and Domestic Holidays, Group Tours, Personalised Holidays, Cruises and value-added services such as Travel Insurance. Customers can also access Thomas Cook’s AI-powered booking platform, which enables personalised vacation planning by checking availability and making reservations in real time.

Bengaluru travellers are increasingly leveraging public holidays and weekends to take multiple short breaks and mini-cations throughout the year, extending travel beyond traditional holiday seasons. Travellers are increasingly looking for holidays that offer distinctive experiences and greater personalisation, rather than relying solely on conventional destination itineraries.

Cruise holidays and charter-led journeys are gaining traction among Bengaluru travellers, with Thomas Cook India launching exclusive charter flights from Bengaluru to Lakshadweep for the year-end holiday season. Pilgrimage and spiritual travel continue to gain momentum, with Thomas Cook India strengthening its Spiritual Tourism portfolio to cater to this growing segment. Key destinations include Kailash Mansarovar, Char Dham, Puri, Kashi, Ujjain and Ayodhya.

Bengaluru travellers are displaying growing interest in destinations such as the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Morocco, South Africa, Kenya, Iceland, Antarctica and Seychelles. Travellers are increasingly seeking differentiated and immersive experiences, while exploring emerging destinations beyond conventional itineraries, with destinations including Europe’s Switzerland, France, Austria, Italy, Spain; the Scandinavian countries of Finland, Norway and Sweden; Eastern European destinations such as the Czech Republic and Hungary; Australia and New Zealand; South America; Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Japan and South Korea; as well as Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
