The Lind Hotels expands portfolio with properties in Coron & Siargao
The Coron hotel is slated to open in 2027 and will cater to travellers seeking high-end ecotourism and dedicated leisure. Following Coron, The Lind Siargo is in the pipeline.
The Lind Hotels, the independent Filipino luxury brand, has announced a significant expansion plan, transitioning from a single flagship property to a curated multi-island portfolio. The Lind Hotels is expanding beyond Boracay, with Coron set to open next year and Siargao to follow. This strategic growth, shaped by a guest-centric and adaptive approach, includes new developments in Coron and Siargao, targeting high-value leisure and niche markets.
“The question we always ask ourselves is simple: if we were the guest, what would we enjoy?” said Pierre Henrichs, COO of The Lind Hotels. “That mindset has guided everything we’ve built, and it continues to shape how we grow.”
The next phase begins with The Lind Coron, slated to open next year. Positioned on a secluded peninsula, the Coron property will offer an intimate, villa-led experience. It is designed to complement Boracay's lifestyle energy with a focus on seclusion, featuring a dive centre and wellness facilities, will cater to travellers seeking high-end ecotourism and dedicated leisure.
Following Coron, The Lind Siargao reflects a similar strategic market entry. This development will allow The Lind Hotels to establish an early foothold in the nation
“We chose to remain independent because it allows us to move quickly, adapt, and build something that truly reflects who we are,” said Henrichs. “We are not trying to grow everywhere at once. We want to do it properly, step by step.”
The Lind Boracay, set on the stretch of Station 1 White Beach on the Philippines’ island, has long been the foundation of the brand. The property, notably the first MICHELIN Guide-listed hotel on the island, has established a reputation for personalised service and operational excellence.
Looking ahead, the brand’s ambitions extend beyond its current pipeline. “We’ve built something in Boracay that people connect with,” added Henrichs. “As we expand into Coron and Siargao, the priority is to keep that same spirit—independent, adaptable, and always shaped around the guest.”
