Noor Mahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel announced the appointment of Teena Nichani as its Director of Operations. This strategic leadership addition comes as the hotel strengthens its position as a flagship property under Marriott International’s prestigious Autograph Collection portfolio.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 26 years of experience, Nichani brings expertise across sales, marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations. Her career spans leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands including Radisson Hotel Group (RHG), Sayaji Hotels, The Park Hotels, and Fern Hotels & Resorts (now known as Series by Marriott), where she has consistently driven business growth, built high-performing teams, and delivered strong financial results.
Nichani has delivered sustained year-on-year growth, achieved leading RevPAR performance in competitive markets, and successfully driven large-scale business across corporate, MICE, and wedding segments. Her ability to identify revenue opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and execute targeted commercial initiatives has been a defining hallmark of her career.
In her new role at Noor Mahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection hotel, Nichani will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, with a strong focus on maximising revenues, driving sales strategy, and enhancing commercial performance. In addition, she will lead the hotel’s marketing function, overseeing digital marketing, public relations, and strategic participation in industry events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence. She will also play a critical role in ensuring seamless implementation of Autograph Collection brand standards, delivering distinctive, curated guest experiences that align with Marriott International’s global benchmarks.
