The Indian Tourist Transporters Association (ITTA) has reportedly ushered in a new leadership team following the conclusion of its elections held on May 30 2026. The newly constituted Managing Committee is expected to steer the association's activities for the 2026–2028 term, representing the interests of tourist transport operators across the country.
Satish Sehrawat has been elected President once again. His re-election reflects the confidence of the membership in his vision for the growth and advancement of India's tourist transport sector.
Joining Sehrawat in the new executive leadership are Sharat Chandra of State Express, New Delhi, who assumes the position of Vice President; Krishan Dutt Yadav of Alwar Tourist Transport Service, New Delhi, as Honorary Secretary; Mahesh Kumar Shukla of Aruna Tourist Taxi Service, New Delhi, as Joint Secretary; and Sanjay Nagar of New Friends Travels, New Delhi, as Treasurer.
The association has also named six members to its Executive Committee. The newly elected committee includes Balvinder Singh Bakshi of BTC, New Delhi; Rajesh Kumar Tokas of Tokas Tourist Taxi Service, New Delhi; Madhukesh Malhotra of Malhotra World Travels, New Delhi; Maninder Singh of Grand Tourist Bus Service, New Delhi; Manmohan Goyal of Geetee Travels Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai; and Rajendra Singh Jodha of Rajasthan Routes Trails Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur.
With representation from several established transport operators across key tourism markets, the newly elected Managing Committee is expected to play a pivotal role in addressing industry priorities and supporting the continued development of India's tourist transportation ecosystem.
As the apex body for tourist transport operators in the country, ITTA aims to serve as a key platform for industry advocacy, collaboration and sectoral growth.
