Royal Orchid reports 38.5% YoY surge in consolidated total income

The group’s EBITDA also grows 39.1% to INR 32.93 crore and the consolidated PAT recorded at INR 6.79 crore.

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., hospitality groups with 123+ hotels nationwide currently, announced its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company delivered resilient performance during the quarter, driven by strategic portfolio expansion, improved operational efficiencies and strong demand across key business and leisure markets.

The company reported consolidated total income for of INR 114.70 crore for Q1 FY27, which was INR 82.80 crore in Q1 FY26. The consolidated EBITDA records at INR 32.93 crore, was INR 23.67 crore for the same period during last year. The consolidated PAT recorded at INR 6.79 crore (INR 11.19 crore in Q1 FY26) while consolidated Earning per share (EPS) recorded is INR 2.34 (INR 3.99 in Q1 FY 27). 

The standalone results also showed significant surge. The total standalone income recorded for Q1 FY 27 is INR 53.51 crore, which was INR 48.46 crore during the same period last year. The reported EBITDA is INR 11.03 crore (Q1 FY26: INR 11.88 crore), PAT is INR 2.82 crore (previously it was INR 3.62 crore), and EPS is INR 1.03 (last year it was INR 1.32). 

Other key board announcements include the Board has recommended a final dividend of 25% (INR 2.50 per equity share) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. Record date has been fixed as August 28, 2026. Dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after September 26, 2026. The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of 2 years from October 9, 2026, to October 8, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. Padmini V. Krupanidhi, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has been appointed as Nodal Officer for IEPF-related matters

 

Royal Orchid Hotels continues to expand its presence across India, with 123+ hotels in its overall portfolio and more than 11,350+ keys, including signed properties. The Company continues to accelerate its asset-light growth strategy, supported by a robust pipeline of 50+ upcoming properties representing over 3,600 keys. The Company remains focused on scaling its presence while maintaining disciplined capital allocation and operational efficiency.

 

During Q1 FY27, the Company opened 5 new hotels with a total of 237 keys, further strengthening its presence across key markets, including Hyderabad, Tirupati, Ahmedabad & Rishikesh. The Group continues to focus on high-demand business corridors, pilgrimage destinations, leisure markets and metro gateway locations, while maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation and return on capital. The Company remains on track towards its Vision 2030 target of 345 hotels and 22,000 keys.
