Rosewood Hotel Group appoints Kenny Toy as Senior VP, Commercial, Global

In this role, Toy will lead global teams to drive revenue growth, increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction targets across all channels.

Rosewood Hotel Group announces the appointment of Kenny Toy as Senior Vice President, Commercial, Global. Based at the Group’s corporate office in Hong Kong and reporting to Anthony Ingham, Chief Operating Officer, Toy will lead the group’s global commercial strategy across sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management, partnerships, and e-commerce.

In this role, Toy will lead global teams to drive revenue growth, increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction targets across all channels. He will champion commercial excellence and cross-functional collaboration, supporting the development of a unified, high-performing commercial engine that strengthens brand desirability, deepens customer engagement and delivers sustainable growth across the Group’s global portfolio.

Toy brings more than two decades of experience in commercial, marketing, and digital transformation strategy, spanning leading global consulting and marketing organisations. A seasoned advisor on data‑driven marketing and e‑commerce, he has led multi‑market programs that integrate CRM, digital platforms and customer insight to unlock new demand and build loyalty.

Most recently, Toy served as Managing Director of Accenture Song in Hong Kong SAR and Digital Strategy Lead for China, where he led business growth and client transformation initiatives across the region for multiple industries.
