Rayna Destination Management launches two-phase India roadshow planned between Aug-Oct

Rayna Destination Management has announced the Rayna Roadshow 2026 – India Series, a two-phase, six-city B2B trade engagement programme aimed at strengthening partnerships between destination suppliers and India's travel trade.
Building on its 2024 and 2025 editions, the 2026 roadshow is designed to support UAE-bound business from India through direct engagement with travel agents, tour operators, MICE planners and corporate travel specialists. The programme will also bring together hotels, attractions, tourism authorities and destination partners for business-focused interactions with the Indian market.
The first phase of the roadshow has started in Ahmedabad on August 10, will move to Delhi on August 12 and Mumbai on August 14, with events scheduled at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, ITC Maurya Delhi and Taj Lands End Mumbai, respectively. The second phase will take place in Chennai on October 5, Hyderabad on October 7 and Bengaluru on October 9, at Hyatt Regency Chennai, Taj Deccan Hyderabad and Shangri-La Bengaluru.
According to Rayna, the six markets have been selected for their outbound travel potential, connectivity with the UAE and established travel trade networks, with the programme focusing on leisure, family, luxury and MICE segments.
Each roadshow is expected to bring together more than 150 qualified travel trade professionals, including leisure agents, tour operators, wholesale distributors, MICE planners, corporate travel specialists, luxury and experiential travel specialists, FIT booking agents and group travel coordinators.
The 2026 edition places greater emphasis on structured trade engagement and conversion. The programme includes face-to-face meetings between suppliers and Indian buyers, destination and brand presentations, pre-scheduled appointments and networking sessions.
Rayna has also introduced pre-scheduled trade appointments as part of the 2026 programme, alongside enhanced branding and digital visibility, tactical market-ready offers and extended post-event follow-up support for participating partners.
The participating destination and tourism partners listed by Rayna include Al Ain Zoo, Atlantis Dubai, TeamLab Abu Dhabi, AYA Universe & House of Hype, Dubai Safari Park, Phoenix Hospitality, Yas Island, Dubai Expo City, Tamr Inn Hotel & Royal Tulip Hotel, Arawana Hotels & Residences, Madame Tussauds Dubai, Experience Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority and the Philippines Tourism Board.
The roadshow comes as Rayna seeks to deepen its engagement with India's outbound travel market and facilitate greater interaction between Indian travel sellers and destination partners across the UAE and other participating destinations. The destination management company looks at India as one of the most strategically critical outbound markets for UAE tourism fuelling growth across leisure, luxury, family, and MICE segments.
