Rajasthan set to host the 6th RDTM & 1st MTM in September

The RDTM aims to attract around 300 travel agents from across the country, along with over 700 properties and tour companies from Rajasthan. While the MTM is expected to see participation from approximately 125 travel agents from across India, along with around 300 properties.
The Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR), in partnership with the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, is set to host two major B2B networking events this September. The 6th edition of the Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) will take place in Jaipur from September 17 to 19, 2026, followed by the debut of the Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) in Jodhpur from September 20 to 22. Both marts are centered around the theme: ‘Stories, Journeys, Smiles’.
The RDTM aims to attract around 300 travel agents from across the country, along with over 700 properties and tour companies from Rajasthan. In addition, the first Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) is expected to see participation from approximately 125 travel agents from across India, along with around 300 properties.
To promote the upcoming marts, a roadshow was organised at Narendra Bhawan in Bikaner on August 7, 2026, that witnessed more than 100 stakeholders from the tourism industry.
During the roadshow, discussions were held on the vast tourism potential of Rajasthan, with a special focus on establishing Bikaner as a key tourist destination and attracting a larger number of domestic tourists. Deliberations also highlighted the effective use of RDTM and MTM as strong platforms for marketing tourism in the state as well as in Bikaner.
District Collector and District Magistrate, Bikaner, Dr. Nishant Jain (IAS), attended the event as Chief Guest, while Deputy Director, Rajasthan Tourism, Bikaner, Krishna Kumar, was present as Guest of Honour. Former President, FHTR, Kuldeep Singh Chandela; President, FHTR, Surendra S. Shahpura; Senior Vice President, FHTR, Rajendra Singh Pachar; General Manager, Narendra Bhawan, Suresh Kumar S.; Vice President, FHTR, Gyan Prakash; President, RATO and Vice President, FHTR, Mahendra Singh Rathore; Treasurer, FHTR, Rajendra Singh Jodha; and Secretary General, FHTR, Tarun Bansal were present.
Ahead of the roadshow, a curtain raiser event for both the marts was also organised on August 5 at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur. The event was organised by the Federation of Hospitality & Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) in association with the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Secretary, Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Shuchi Tyagi, while Commissioner, Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Rukmani Riar, was the Guest of Honour.
