The agreement between the Swiss resort and Italy’s leading hotel group aims to extend Starhotels’ international presence in the luxury resort & wellness segment

With more than 150 hotels across India, Nepal and Africa, this opening aligns with Sarovar Hotels wider expansion roadmap, with nearly 80 new hotels in its development pipeline as the brand scales further across key leisure, business and regional markets.

The Group reported a 6% increase in RevPAR and 7% growth in ADR, supported by higher occupancy across markets and disciplined rate strategies.

Both hotels are scheduled to open in January 2026.

Sarovar Hotels announced the launch of Vandhara Sarovar Premiere in Patkote, Jim Corbett, marking the brand’s entry into one of North India’s most evocative leisure destinations. With 73 villas, rooms and suites, each villa/room/suite comes with a private balcony and garden facing or mountain facing views.

Features 38 luxury suites, each with private jacuzzis and lagoon views and a 20,000 sq. ft. Ayurvedic Spa housing 11 treatment rooms.

The 101 guestrooms are designed to maximise space and allow guests the flexibility to adapt the room to their needs.
