IHCL signs Ginger Sindhudurg in Maharashtra

The 50-key property will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, swimming pool, fully equipped gym, dedicated meeting rooms and a banquet hall. 

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a Ginger in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, a conversion of a standalone hotel, with plans to expand its inventory to 50 keys.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Sindhudurg is emerging as a sought-after leisure destination on Maharashtra’s Konkan coast, driven by improving connectivity, growing visitor footfall and increasing demand for short stay travel. This signing reflects our strategy of expanding the brand’s presence in high-potential destinations and we are happy to partner with Ms. Sawant for this project.”

The 50-key Ginger Sindhudurg will feature an all-day dining restaurant and a bar. The property will offer a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, dedicated meeting rooms and a banquet hall, making it suitable for corporate gatherings, conferences and social celebrations.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 66 hotels in Maharashtra, including 34 under development.
