ICPB to host 15th Conventions India Conclave from Aug 19-21, 2026 in Delhi

Under the theme ‘Powering the Future of Innovation’, the event is projected to welcome around 400 delegates. The event will be organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly by ITPO and Delhi Tourism at Bharat Mandapam.
The India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), a body sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has announced the 15th Conventions India Conclave, in New Delhi from August 19–21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam. The event is going to be organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly by ITPO and Delhi Tourism.
As shared by the Vice Chairman of ICPB, Chander Mansharamani, the theme of the 15thedition of the event is ‘Powering the Future of Innovation,’ with the focus on all segments of the MICE Industry - Incentives, Exhibition, Association Conferences and Corporate Meetings, creating an opportunity for the members to look for new avenues of business development.
The event is expected to create an opportunity to project ICPB as a parent body for marketing India as a preferred convention destination. The important component of the conclave is the prescheduled exhibition and B2B meetings. 350-400 delegates, including domestic and international buyers, are expected for the two-day event, in addition to 75-100 exhibitors.
The two-day event will also feature a few sessions and panel discussions on topics, like Technology Innovation in the Meeting Industry, for incentives - Meeting Expectations of Corporates, a discussion around synergy between the Exhibition & Conference Industry and keynotes.
