Hilton debuts Hilton Garden Inn brand in Kompally

Expected to open in 2028, the new property is being developed by Fairmount and Friends LLP, part of the Fairmount Group.

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally, aiming to strengthen its presence in Hyderabad. Once open, the property is expected to become Hilton’s third hotel in the city, following the recently opened Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli, while also marking the company’s first Hilton Garden Inn in Hyderabad. Expected to open in 2028, the new property is being developed by Fairmount and Friends LLP, part of the Fairmount Group.

Located within a mixed-use development, the hotel will feature 96 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
