GAEHP, Malaysia Tourism partner to upskill 100+ Indian travel agents

The event was an initiative under the GAEHP EXCLUSIVE: SKILL ENHANCEMENT SERIES 2026, and provided the latest destination updates to effectively promote Malaysia to both leisure and corporate travellers.
The Global Association of Events and Hospitality Professionals (GAEHP) in collaboration with the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board concluded a virtual product presentation in collaboration with on May 21, 2026. The event was an initiative under the GAEHP EXCLUSIVE: SKILL ENHANCEMENT SERIES 2026, and was attended by over 100 leading travel agents.
Designed to equip the Indian travel trade with advanced product knowledge, the webinar provided the latest destination updates to effectively promote Malaysia to both leisure and corporate travellers. It featured presentations by Malaysian partners including Lexis Hotel Group, Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa, GL Play by Gamuda Land, A’Famosa Resort and Tourism Malaysia.
GAEHP President Rajesh Arya and Director-Programme & Coordination Sanjay Sahgal emphasised the strategic importance of the initiative. “Equipping our members with firsthand knowledge of prime international destinations is crucial as the global travel landscape evolves. This webinar reinforces our commitment to fostering professional growth and building strong, cross-border business opportunities for our members,” they noted.
