Espire Hospitality records revenue INR 14,100 Lakh in FY 2026

The company has registered a revenue of INR 4,873 Lakhs in Q4-FY26, a growth of 19% as compared to Q4 FY25; and an EBITDA of INR 1,096 Lakhs, a growth of 34% as compared to Q4-FY25.
Espire Hospitality Limited (EHL) has reported its strongest-ever annual performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, characterised by record revenue and significant profitability gains. The company achieved a total revenue of INR 14,106 Lakhs, marking a 17% increase over FY2025. EBITDA grew by 38% year-on-year to reach INR 3,190 Lakhs, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) and Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at INR 1,157 Lakhs and INR 812 Lakhs, respectively.
The year was characterised by strong demand across leisure, spiritual and business travel segments, enabling the company to deliver industry-leading operational metrics. The company continued its growth trajectory during FY 2026, supported by strong demand across its portfolio, disciplined cost management, superior yield optimisation and strategic expansion initiatives.
In Q4-FY26, EHL accelerated its portfolio expansion by adding six new properties, including Country Inn Varanasi City Centre, Country Inn Tapovan Rishikesh, Country Inn Smart Stays Rishikesh, Country Inn North Goa, Country Inn Jalandhar, and Country Inn Dehradun, contributing nearly 250 keys across leisure and business destinations. A centerpiece of its growth strategy is the development of an ultra-luxury resort near Vrindavan. With a planned investment of INR 300 Crores, the property will be operated by Marriott International under the JW Marriott brand, establishing a new luxury benchmark in the spiritual tourism circuit.
Further reinforcing its long-term growth vision, the group has commenced development of an ultra-luxury resort near Vrindavan. The project, with a planned investment of approximately INR 300 Crores, will be funded through a balanced mix of equity and debt and will be operated by Marriott International under its globally renowned JW Marriott brand.
Espire Hospitality operates with a diverse range in their portfolio. As part of its strategic growth roadmap, the company continues to expand aggressively in the luxury segment with upcoming Uber Luxury resorts near Vrindavan and Mussoorie; and at distinctive destinations under its ZANA Boutique Luxury brand while maintaining a balanced growth portfolio with upcoming hotels under its Country Inn brand.
