IHG® Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Club Chaulani Ltd. to develop Holiday Inn Dhangadhi, a 115-key hotel in Dhangadhi, Nepal. Scheduled to open in Q1 2028, the signing marks IHG’s entry into the Sudurpashchim Province and reflects the company’s strategy to expand its presence in high-potential, underserved markets across South Asia.

The forum took place on December 17-18 and brought together more than two and a half thousand representatives of industry professionals, relevant agencies, associations, corporate clients, and business event organisers from various countries.

IndiGo commenced daily, direct flights between Rewa and Indore. Rewa is the airline’s sixth destination in Madhya Pradesh after Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, and Khajuraho. This new service will open air travel for many first-time fliers across the Vindhya region.

SriLankan Airlines officially transitioned its operations to Terminal 1 at Velana International Airport, Malé, effective December 17, 2025. To commemorate the move, Maldives Airports Company Ltd (MACL) hosted a ceremonial welcome for passengers arriving on UL101 at Terminal 1, as well as those departing from Terminal 1 on UL102.
