jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, operated by Onora Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., is set to unveil its newest hotel, jüSTa Kashi Parampara, in August 2025. This will be the brand’s first venture in the state of Uttar Pradesh and its 26th hotel in the country. jüSTa Kashi Parampara is housed in an 80-year-old ancestral home, which has been transformed into a hotel for the first time.

The event reported to have welcomed travel and hospitality professionals from across India to highlight the triple property collection and versatility of the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, V Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton, and Al Habtoor Palace Dubai.

Situated on the Lucknow-Kanpur Road, the upcoming hotel will provide seamless access to both cities. It is being developed to meet the growing demand for premium accommodations in the region, fuelled by business travel, pilgrimage tourism, MICE, and destination weddings.

The property will offer a rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day dining space, a spa, gym, rooftop swimming pool and more.

The partnership marks Avenir’s expansion into Bali and Thailand.

The property features 65 rooms and villas, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and diverse dining options.

The villas offer a luxurious stay with a private pool, a pickleball court, a garden, a coffee bar, a children’s play zone, a gym and office pods.
