EBG Group has entered a strategic partnership with Tarzan, set to launch Tarzan Resorts, an eco-adventure hospitality brand that blends nature, sustainability, and design innovation to create the next big wave in luxury travel.

The brand makes its debut with the transformation of the iconic The Dukes Retreat in Khandala, now reimagined as ATHIVA Resort & Spa, Khandala. Featuring 147 rooms, including 11 suites, the hotel offers a blend of modern comfort, local charm, and sustainable practices, creating a welcoming space for a premium stay.

Located in Vikas Nagar, Park Inn by Radisson Lucknow is designed for modern travelers, the hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, and social spaces including a rooftop bar that overlooks the city skyline. Guests can enjoy a well-equipped fitness center, outdoor pool, and a café-style lobby that houses ‘Read It & Return’ library, creating a warm and familiar environment that feels like home.

The signing marks a key addition to THV’s growing midscale portfolio and reinforces the group’s strategy to expand in India’s high-potential leisure markets.

Developed in partnership with MKR Estate Developers Private Limited, part of the MGM Healthcare Group, the hotel is expected to open in January 2029. This will expand the presence of Hilton’s flagship brand, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, in the city, joining Hilton Chennai.

Coral Court has been introduced in response to Ras Al Khaimah’s rapid emergence as one of the region’s most sought-after destinations for MICE, weddings, and milestone events. It will also offer six meeting rooms, ranging from 168 to 507 square meters. Beyond the ballroom, terraces and the 1,390-square-meter Event Lawn will extend gatherings into the open air.
