Brigade Group, Hyatt sign two new hotels in Bengaluru

The two hotels, together offering 600 rooms, will be part of Brigade’s large-scale mixed-use developments in Bengaluru.

Brigade Group announced the signing of management agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for two new hotels in Bengaluru: Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Together, the two hotels are expected to add 600 rooms to Brigade’s hotel portfolio in Bengaluru.

Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, an entity of the Brigade Group, signed a management agreement for Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park, which will be located within Brigade Group’s 25-acre integrated engineering and business ecosystem. Planned with approximately 350 guestrooms and suites, the hotel will offer extensive meeting and event facilities totaling approximately 25,000 square feet, alongside multiple dining destinations designed to cater to business and leisure travelers alike.

Ananthay Properties Private Limited, an entity of the Brigade Group, signed a management agreement for Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, which will be part of a premium mixed-use destination. The hotel is planned to feature approximately 250 guestrooms and suites, extensive food and beverage offerings, and a comprehensive meetings and events program, including a ballroom spanning more than 1,000 square meters alongside a large pre-function area and additional meeting spaces.

Located within two landmark mixed-use developments by Brigade Group, the hotels are expected to serve the growing demand from business travellers, meetings and events, social celebrations, and leisure travellers in Bengaluru, one of India's most dynamic economic centres.

Both hotels are expected to feature a range of amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, grab-and-go offering, rooftop bar, pool bar, fitness facilities and flexible event spaces, creating vibrant environments where guests can connect, collaborate and celebrate.

Nirupa Shankar, Jt. Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, said, “The signing of two Hyatt Regency hotels at our upcoming mixed-use developments represents another important step in strengthening our hospitality portfolio in Bengaluru. Both hotels will be part of larger integrated developments that bring together multiple asset classes, reinstating Brigade’s pioneering approach to creating destinations that add long-term value to the city. We are pleased to continue our association with Hyatt through its globally recognised Hyatt Regency brand and bring it to these two significant Brigade developments.”

“Bengaluru continues to demonstrate strong demand across business travel, meetings and events, making it a strategic market for Hyatt's growth in India,” said Vikas Chawla, President, India & Southwest Asia, Hyatt. “The signings of Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road reflect our continued commitment to expanding Hyatt's brand presence in high-growth destinations across the country.
