The 351-key resort is expanding its wedding offering with aerial arrivals as personalised experiences become a bigger part of India's destination wedding market.
Ananta Spa & Resort Jaipur has introduced helicopter arrivals for wedding couples, adding a new dimension to the large-format destination wedding experiences the resort offers.
Managed by Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, the 40-acre property offers 351 rooms and extensive indoor and outdoor event infrastructure. The new offering allows couples to incorporate an aerial arrival into their wedding itinerary, turning what has traditionally been a ceremonial entrance into part of the larger destination experience.
The move also reflects a broader change in India's luxury wedding market. As celebrations become increasingly personalised, families are looking beyond conventional décor and hospitality to create distinctive moments across the wedding journey, from guest experiences and entertainment to the couple's arrival.
For hotels, this is changing how destination weddings are approached. The emphasis is shifting from providing rooms and banquet spaces to creating an entire celebration ecosystem that can accommodate increasingly elaborate and individualised requirements.
Ravindra Pratap Singh, Chairman, Ravi Surya Group and owner of Ananta Spa & Resort Jaipur, said, said, “Destination weddings have become much more personal. Families are no longer looking only for a beautiful venue; they want to create moments that feel specific to them and that guests will remember. An aerial arrival is one such experience. At Ananta Jaipur, our scale gives us the flexibility to think beyond conventional wedding formats and work with families on how the entire celebration unfolds, from the arrival to the ceremonies and experiences in between.”
The property has been developed with destination weddings and MICE as major demand segments. Its event infrastructure includes 12 venues, multiple indoor banquet spaces and expansive outdoor lawns. Among them is the 70,000 sq. ft. Suijin Lawn, while a dedicated 16-pillared, Vastu-compliant ceremonial Pagoda has been designed for traditional wedding rituals.
The property features accommodation across five categories, wellness and leisure facilities, landscaped spaces, and multiple dining experiences, allowing multi-day celebrations to be hosted largely on-site.
