Akasa Air launches direct flights to Delhi & Gwalior

The first flight was inaugurated by Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Priya Mehra, Chief of Governance & Strategic Acquisitions, Akasa Air.
Akasa Air announced the launch of direct flights connecting Gwalior with Delhi. The first flight, inaugurated virtually by Union Minister of Communications and Minister of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and Priya Mehra, Chief of Governance & Strategic Acquisitions, Akasa Air departed from Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Airport and arrived at Indira Gandhi International Airport.
To commemorate the first flight a special ceremony held during the launch at Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Airport. A ceremonial lamp was lit by Pradyum Singh Tomar, District President, Gwalior, representatives from Akasa Air, alongside leadership members from Gwalior Airport.
