AIRCAIRO activates IATA BSP in India; expands access for travel trade

AIRCAIRO announces its activation on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) in India, effective immediately. This development enables all accredited IATA travel agents across India to issue AIRCAIRO tickets through the BSP platform, simplifying booking, ticketing, reporting, and settlement processes while enhancing accessibility to the airline’s growing network and services.
AIRCAIRO is also available through Global Distribution Systems (GDS), like Amadeus, offering access for travel partners across India and enabling greater reach to the airline’s expanding international network. In addition, AIRCAIRO is now live on GLID, Aeroprime Group’s Modern Retailing Platform, further enhancing the airline’s distribution footprint in the Indian market.
As one of AIRCAIRO’s key focus markets, India is said to continue playing an important role in the airline’s expansion plans, driven by growing tourism, business travel, and increasing connectivity between India, Egypt, and onwards destinations.
