Aamravan Resort has recently opened its doors in Khanpur, introducing a new hospitality destination near Delhi-NCR. Set amidst mango orchards, the resort welcomed guests over the weekend with accommodation, vegetarian dining, recreational facilities and venues for family gatherings, weddings and corporate retreats.
The opening brought a new getaway option to travellers from Delhi NCR seeking a change of pace within reach of the city. With its orchard surroundings and distinctive wooden architecture, Aamravan was conceived as a place for guests to slow down, reconnect and spend meaningful time together.
Commenting on the opening, Tathya, Executive Director, Aamravan Resort, said, “With Aamravan, we wanted to create a place where people could step away from their everyday routines and enjoy time together in nature. The mango orchards shaped our vision, from the wooden stays to the seasonal inspiration behind our dining. Opening our doors marks an important milestone for us, and we look forward to welcoming families, friends and groups who will make Aamravan part of their own stories and celebrations.”
The resort introduced three accommodation offerings: Aamra Villas, Aamra Kutir Cottages and Rasaal Rooms. Crafted from German Pine Wood, Aamra Villas feature a dedicated lounge and accommodate up to four adults. The eight Aamra Kutir Cottages offer spacious layouts with sofa-cum-beds for additional guests, while Rasaal Rooms provide a selection of room categories with private balconies and dedicated dressing areas.
Dining at the resort centres on Aamrai, a pure vegetarian restaurant that also caters to vegan and strictly Jain dietary requirements. Approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of covered space and an adjoining 5,000 sq. ft. lawn provide settings for meals with family and friends.
The opening also introduced venues for weddings, pre-wedding festivities and private celebrations. Utsav Banquet Hall, crafted from German Pine Wood, combines approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of covered space with 7,500 sq. ft. of adjoining open area, allowing occasions to extend across indoor and outdoor settings. The approximately 11,000 sq. ft. Pool Deck and lawn offer additional space for Haldi, Mehendi and social gatherings. Separate swimming sections for adults and children, alongside a dedicated rain-dance area, complement the leisure facilities.
For corporate groups, the resort’s conference hall overlooks the pool and gardens and is equipped with a podium, smart screen, microphones and speakers. Accommodation and dining facilities support residential meetings and team retreats.
