Sarovar Hotels & Resorts announces the appointment of Mielle Batliwala as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources.
In her preceding assignments with Marriott International, she held various leadership positions and fronted the Human Resource portfolio at multiple Marriott Hotels across various cities including Mumbai, Goa, Pune and Delhi and their Corporate offices.
In her new role at Sarovar Group’s Corporate Office, she will be responsible for group-wide talent acquisition, development and retention, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
Besides her work, she is associated with philanthropic and charitable organizations and is an active volunteer with Earth Saviours Foundation, Haryana.
