Reinforcing its commitment of growth in the domestic market, IndiGo, India’s largest and fastest growing low-cost airline has announced the launch of six new flights between Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. Effective 01 December 2014, IndiGo will fly its 7th daily non-stop flight between Delhi & Hyderabad, 7th daily non –stop flight between Hyderabad & Delhi and also 7th daily non-stop flight between Mumbai & Hyderabad. These new flights will further consolidate IndiGo’s position as the fastest growing airline in India.
Speaking on the launch of the new flights, Aditya Ghosh, President, IndiGo said, “We are extremely pleased about adding these six new flights and the new ones effective 15 December and 01 January are testimony of our commitment towards connectivity across the country’s corners bringing more and more people closer to their dreams and new opportunities.”
Enhancing the overall customer travel experience in 2014, IndiGo became the first airline to in June to introduce ‘Advance Pass’ service. Under the free of charge service, the passenger will be checked in and receive the boarding pass in their mail inbox 48 hours prior to the departure at no extra charges.
