Operates four weekly flights from Bengaluru to Hanoi using Airbus A321 aircraft.
Vietnam Airlines operated its inaugural direct flight from Bengaluru to Hanoi. The airline will operate four weekly flights from Bengaluru to Hanoi using the Airbus A321 aircraft.
With this launch the airline is now operational in three major metros in India with 18 weekly flights – Delhi, Mumbai, and now Bengaluru. The inaugural ceremony at Kempegowda International Airport, was attended by airport dignitaries, Vietnam Airlines representatives, and Aeroprime Group officials.
Nguyen Trung Hieu, Country Manager India, Vietnam Airlines, said, “With Vietnam’s growing popularity among Indian travelers, these new direct flights will offer greater convenience, connectivity, and the elevated service standards that Vietnam Airlines is known for.”
Adding to this, Abhishek Goyal, Executive Director, Aeroprime Group, commented, “We are thrilled to provide business and leisure travelers from South India with direct access to Vietnam and beyond. We look forward to welcoming passengers onboard and supporting Vietnam Airlines in their expansion plans across India going forward.”
The airline is set to launch operations from Hyderabad next week, expanding its network in India.
