TravClan wrapped up Caravan 2025 with finale in Hyderabad, marking the last leg of Tier 2-focused travel networking series. TravClan recently concluded its second edition of Caravan—a three-city B2B roadshow designed to bridge global travel brands with India’s fastest-growing tourism hubs.
The event saw participation from over 30 international tourism partners across destinations like Maldives, Mauritius, Bali, Thailand, and Dubai, making Caravan a true crossroad for global travel.
Held in Chandigarh (April 14), Pune (April 16), and Hyderabad (April 17), Caravan brought together a curated mix of travel agents, tourism boards, along with airline and hotel partners in a high-energy format that seamlessly blended networking, learning, and entertainment.
TravClan also hosted a 10-minute AI spotlight session at each city stop. These sessions aimed to offer hands-on demonstrations of how AI is revolutionizing travel—whether through smart itinerary creation using ChatGPT or generating destination quotes within 2 minutes on WhatsApp using TravClan’s proprietary AI Quote tool. Caravan also featured interactive games, live photo booth corners, and networking lounges to break the monotony of conventional trade shows—encouraging authentic conversations and long-term partnerships.
With over 400+ travel agents attending across all cities, Caravan aimed to serve as the meeting point where global travel intersects with India’s local opportunity.
