Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) has appointed Vishal Bhatia as its India Market Director, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its presence in the India market.
Bhatia previously served as Country Manager – India for VisitBritain for 12 years, where he played a key role in strengthening the UK’s appeal among Indian travellers.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Bhatia stated, “I am incredibly passionate about the potential of the Indian market and look forward to contributing to RAKTDA’s vision of showcasing the unique beauty and experiences that Ras Al Khaimah has to offer. I’m eager to build strong relationships and work towards fostering growth and collaboration between India and Ras Al Khaimah. His appointment is expected to play a key role in strengthening Ras Al Khaimah’s position as a premier destination for Indian travellers.
