The St. Regis Mumbai has appointed Elie Houbeich as Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage. Elie brings with him over 15 years of operation and leadership international experience in the hospitality industry within the core area of food and beverage. He started his career in his native place Lebanon and then moved to China, Jordan, Egypt and Dubai where he managed F&B teams of over 200 associates.
With experience in various leadership positions, Elie has previously worked with Mariott Beijing Southwest and MEA as Director of Operations. He was also the Director of F&B with different hospitality chains including The Westin Beijing Financial Street.
