With eight years of rich experience in the hospitality industry Chef Amit is a professional par excellence having honed his expertise at the The Taj, ITC and with the Chennai Super Kings as a head chef prior to joining the Marriott. Amongst his many accomplishments Chef Amit has been honoured with a gold medal by the Indian Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA) for his contribution to authentic Indian regional cuisine.
