Klook partners with HKTB and Cathay Pacific Airways

Klook, one of the world’s leading travel activities and services booking platforms, has tied up with Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and Cathay Pacific Airways in order to engage with travellers from India. In lieu to gain more visibility amid Indian Free Independent Traveller’s (FITs) and smart tech-savvy populace, this is Klook’s key partnership with a tourism board and airline.

As part of this collaboration, Klook is running a joint promotion on its platform to promote Hong Kong to woo Indian travellers with exclusive incentives. This will bring Klook’s offerings to India’s increasing population of outbound travellers which accounts to more than 23 million* tourist departures from India. Klook is offering up to 60 per cent off on all Hong Kong products, ranging from attractions, tours, local transport, must-eats and other unique experiences which include Ocean Park Hong Kong, Hong Kong Disneyland, or an exotic dining experience like Lin Heung Kui in Sheung Wan and more. Individuals can book through the free App (Android and iOS) or website which is being made available till mid-October.

As Klook’s strategic partners, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Cathay Pacific Airways aims to provide end-to-end services and access to unique experiences at best prices to Indian travellers. In addition to this, Klook’s platform has also housed a specific microsite featuring Hong Kong’s recent campaign theme – ‘Discover Hong Kong Like A Local’ where travellers can book one-of-a-kind experiences on the easy-to-use platform. Whether looking for an adventure day or an authentic must-eats in Hong Kong, travelers can book Klook’s curated travel experiences by browsing the website. Travellers must book their flights with Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon, which will enable them to avail discounts by just using the booking number on the site.

Our partnership with Klook and Cathay Pacific Airways allows Indian travellers to design their Hong Kong trip to explore Hong Kong like a local, with a variety and trendy in-town experiences all at attractive price.”

Klook specialises in providing travel in-destination experiences for travellers to Hong Kong using its connections with local operators/suppliers to curate distinctive activities, experiences or services of high quality. The partnership will see both brands relying on digital marketing to promote this campaign for encouraging more Indian travellers to a pay a visit to Hong Kong. This move is in sync with Klook’s mission to continue empowering travellers to explore a destination easily.
