SOTC announces physical roadshows

Indians are displaying a strong appetite for holidays with 89 per cent respondents showing keen interest to resume travel. 71 per cent respondents stated that they need human interface for guidance/reassurance and preferred to visit a physical outlet while planning their holidays in COVID era (Thomas Cook India & SOTC Travel Second Holiday Readiness Report (December 2020). As Indians demand a higher level of reassurance and human interaction, SOTC Travel Limited has announced physical roadshows of 2021 – SOTC Holiday Bazaar to guide and assist customers in their holiday planning.

These one-day roadshows are scheduled to take place across six major cities of India – Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Lucknow, on Sunday January 31, 2021 – from 10 am-6 pm and offer the best holiday deals. SOTC’s Holiday Experts will be present to guide and assist customers with important elements, including health and safety protocols – aimed to re-instill confidence in travel during the COVID era. On offer are a wide range of international and domestic destinations such as Maldives, Dubai, Goa, Jaipur, Shimla, Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kovalam, Kumarakom, Udaipur, Agra, Varanasi, Ooty, Rishikesh, etc.

The companies have launched several meaningful initiatives: Doctor on Call 24×7 service in partnership with Apollo Clinics; India’s first Safe Holiday Helpline, a free service offering expert guidance & assistance for safe holiday planning, visa assistance, country specific updates, on-ground health and safety measures, health certification, etc. and seamless COVID-negative certification services via a tie up with ICMR accredited labs.
