The new redesigned website will be operational from March 01, 2015. Aimed at improving user friendliness and appeal, this new layout has been specifically designed to offer 6E customers new and enhanced functions and features, to make the customer interaction smoother and hassle-free.
The new homepage welcomes visitors with bold colors, an uncluttered design and featured content, which focusses on IndiGo’s commitment to provide its users with a convenient and hassle-free booking experience. With a customer centric layout, the new site is divided into sections, which allow visitors to access step-by-step information, right from the time they search for flights to the itinerary schedule post payment, including a visual layout of the seats assigned inside the aircraft.
