Brand USA recently launched a new ‘National Parks’ module on the USA Discovery Program – the online training program for agents in India. Hosted at www.usadiscoveryprogram.in, the tool enables agents to learn about the diverse destinations and experiences available in the USA through a series of training modules and interactive quizzes.
Till date, 1500 Indian travel agents have registered for the online training program and 1300 have received badges successfully. “We have witnessed a tremendous response from Indian agents since launching the USA Discovery Program during the India Mission in September 2014. Now, with the introduction of this new “National Parks” module, we hope to see travel partners learn about our diverse landscape and great outdoors” said Chris Thompson, President and CEO, Brand USA.

The USA Discovery Program is optimised for Tablets and smartphones, and integrates with Facebook and Twitter.
Once users have completed the Regional Expert badge, which ensures basic knowledge of the U.S. states and territories, agents can then take Specialist modules which focus on various experiences and holiday themes. The module joins other existing modules on the Program – Big City Buzz; Great Outdoors; Winter Sports; Music, Culture & Heritage; Coastal escapes; Fly-Drive; Food & Drink and Family Holidays.
