Greece VACs now open on Saturdays

  • 15 May 2018

In an attempt to further ease visa applications for Indians planning to visit Greece, Global Visa Center World (GVCW), the Greek Visa Service provider for India, has decided to open its Visa Application Centres (VACs) on Saturdays also. There are 15 such visa centres across the country including in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Goa.  These services will be available every Saturday from 10am to 4am. Applicants can also collect their passports on Saturdays.

GVCW has been mandated by the Ministry of Greece to assist the Hellenic Consular Authorities in many countries including India in issuing Greece visas. The granting and issuance of visa, however, is the prerogative of the Greek Embassy, New Delhi.

The number of Indians travelling abroad for holidays as well as for business is growing fast. To cater to the growing visa demand from Indians and to serve those who were not able to visit the Visa Application Centres on weekdays, GVCW has come out with these Prime Time services.

Global Visa Center World (GVCW) is the sole Visa Service Provider for Greece in 4 geographical zones, including zone no. 5, which includes India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. GVCW’s team has an excellent record in process management worldwide.
