Swiss Garden International Hotels in association with Sri Lankan Airlines and Akquason Holidays hosted a familiarisation trip to Kuala Lumpar and Damai Laut for top agents from Delhi. It was Swiss Garden’s first Fam Trip where they hosted key travel agents from Delhi to showcase their properties which include Swiss Garden Hotels, Swiss Garden Residence and Swiss Garden Damai Laut, D’majestic and Swiss Inn China Town.
The objective of the fam was to make the participants familiar with the Swiss Garden properties and enable them to promote the same to their customers.
The trip was conducted in November 2017 with participants such as Yatra.com, Rising Star, SDS Tours, Youngistan Travelers, Flightshop, Yorker Holidays, The Leaf Holidays, HolxoHolidays. The group got the opportunity to explore and stay at properties such as Swiss Garden Hotels, Swiss Garden Residence and Swiss Garden Damai Laut.
Alefiya Singh, Director, Iris Reps, Indian Representation of Swiss Garden International Hotels said, “The FAM trip was a good opportunity for the Delhi agents to know about the MICE possibilities and how Swiss Garden Hotels International is ready to handle any Incentive or Wedding Group from India. We plan to host more familiarisation trips in the future as this is a great way to promote the Hotels and receive more visitors from the region.”
