All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s leading airline, announced to continue making its international flight content inventory available to Amadeus-connected travel sellers around the world thanks to a renewed agreement to modern retailing. The carrier will also be working with Amadeus to modernize its retailing capabilities in the future to include richer and more tailored offers.
During the announcement, Keiji Omae, Vice President, Global Marketing mentioned, “We have always enjoyed a successful working relationship with Amadeus and are happy to continue with Amadeus as a long-term partner. Together, we are working to future proof and digitally transform the way we deliver customized travel experiences to ever discerning travelers.”
Kai Gerrit Jacobsen, Senior Vice President, Airlines, North Asia & Pacific, Amadeus said, “ANA’s full range of international flight options will continue to bolster our offerings in the Asia Pacific and will also benefit the airline as it looks to take advantage of our global reach, scalability, and cross-channel retailing options.
Amadeus connected agents will enjoy access to all ANA’s international flights including fares, seat maps and ancillary services such as meals and lounge access through the Amadeus Travel Platform. The full range of offerings will give travel sellers access to rich offers to provide even better and more personalized experiences for its customers, creating more value for both the traveler and the airline.
Through this platform, ANA continues to be able to reach travel sellers of all types, such as travel management companies, retail travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agencies, metasearch, media players, as well as corporations. This enables the best possible service for travelers as well as helps agents drive upsell opportunities and increased revenue for ANA.
