InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a management agreement with Tipping Point Hospitality for Holiday Inn Goa Candolim. The hotel is expected to welcome guests in November 2019.
The newly built , 110-room Holiday Inn Goa Candolim will be a 30-minute drive from the city center and a 60-minute drive from the Dabolim Airport. The hotel is also in close proximity to North Goa's popular entertainment and nightlife destinations and is a 15 minute walk from Candolim beach and Sinquerim fort. The hotel will comprise expansive meeting space and a business centre to meet the rapidly growing MICE demands in the city.

A brand like Holiday Inn with its international appeal, world-class amenities and a great service culture, is a perfect fit for this market. This will be our second Holiday Inn hotel in Goa.”

IHG currently has 31 hotels operating across four brands in India, including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, and a strong pipeline of 49 hotels due to open in the next 2-3 years.
