IndiGo launches co-branded credit card Ka-Ching with HDFC Bank, MasterCard

IndiGo yesterday launched a co-branded credit card Ka-Ching in collaboration with HDFC Bank and MasterCard. The card, launched in two variants, 6E Rewards and 6E Rewards XL, will provide a richer travel experience with varied benefits and unmatched rewards to the card-holders for domestic and international travel.

Apart from complimentary air tickets between Rs1,500-Rs3,000, priority check-in, choice of seat, exclusive lounge access, and a complimentary meal, the credit card will allow you to accumulate 6E Rewards or points on IndiGo transactions, as well as 10-15 per cent rewards on dining, shopping, transport and medical spends with featured partners.

‘It is a perfect partnership as IndiGo, HDFC and Mastercard, all believe in consistently enhancing our offering to the customers and consistently delivering a great customer experience,” William Boulter, CCO, IndiGo, said.

We are delighted to launch Ka-Ching, a complete travel solution to meet the evolving aspirations of our customers. As a lifestyle bank, we believe in offering every Indian a product that is convenient to use, highly rewarding and customized for their needs. This card has been tailored to allow customs to accrue accelerated reward points not only on IndiGo flights, but also on all types of spends such as shopping, dining and groceries,” Parag Rao, Country Head, Payment Solutions and Marketing, HDFC Bank said.

Speaking on the partnership, Porush Singh, Division President, South Asia, Mastercard said, “Mastercard, a leader in the co-branded card segment is delighted to partner with IndiGo, the largest airline in India, and HDFC Bank, India’s largest private sector bank to launch Ka-ching card which aims to revitalize the way India travels.”
